Proof That Bill Clinton Didn't Inhale?

I don't bust on President Clinton often for a lot of reasons, but this reminded me of his famous claim that he "didn't inhale" when he smoked marijuana.  That one busted my incredulity meter.  Pretty cool though if you like weird science stuff.
