All Points Bulletin

Residents of a small town in Argentina are afraid to go out at night because of a short character with a pointy hat.  According to this story, the "creature" has only been seen when it's dark out.  Check out the video at the link before going below the fold:

Are they serious with this?  According to the story, the little guy hasn't done anything but walk funny in a weird hat.  No assaults, indecent exposure, or mime (not that there's anything wrong with mime).  The things put out there as news stories... sheesh!!

(The things put out there as blog posts however... heh)
