Gals... Want A Free Whistle?

The Tourism Ministry of Phuket is going to distribute free whistles to all female tourists after a recent murder.

The whistles are part of a campaign to increase security on Phuket, one of Thailand's most popular tourist destinations, after the shocking killing of 27-year-old Hanna Charlotta Backlund of Sweden, said Tourism Minister Weerasak Kohsurat.

How about giving out free handguns for their visit instead?  Just sayin'
